Reclining office chairs with very high backs. Mine will be a power chair that I can wheel around in.

I think I'd make my lair available on a time-share basis to other evil geniuses who can't afford their own lair to recoup some of the costs. I'd invite them once all-expenses-paid, give them a grand tour, free buffet breakfast and then use overt psychological manipulation to make them agree to my conditions. Then I could have an army of lesser evil geniuses beholden to me through the time-share. Pretty sure this was the original city planning model for Orlando

wait? this thread didn't get bumped bc of the underground secret nuke storage that china was just found to have? its called the "underground great wall". its like miles and miles of tunnels hiding an expansive nuke program.

i posted about this a month or so ago but no one cared (maybe because it was in a political thread)
