Tune in to #ParksandRec premier tonight on @NBC - my cameo is Emmy-worthy, so don't miss it! #Knope2012
A friend of mine has a speaking role in P&R tonight.
classlessthug: I have too much on my plate to worry about the fact that my junk intimidates some needle D undergrad.
Ron Swanson in classic form.
"The drummer for Maryland's pep band just freaked out: 'They're trying to slow the game down,' he screamed. 'Get up on them, get up on them.
I watched the early stream of the pilot on hulu and really enjoyed it; I found it much funnier than most comedy pilots that I've seen. But I'm also a huge Mindy fan, so that might have something to do with it.
Check that: two of my friends were on.
We get it, you're friends with Olympia Snowe and John McCain, stop humblebragging
Oh I forgot about them. I know four people in tonight's episode.
Can we at least have corn on the cob?
Driving away with the grill still fired up was classic Ron Swanson.
This is a stupid swamp town.
So that Indian chick and Ryan aren't on office anymore?
Correct, but they are expected to make appearances.
I think outside of last night, they both might appear in one more episode. If "The Farm" is picked up, there won't be much (if any) Dwight or Toby in the spring, either.
If I were on the Baltimore side of the DC/Baltimore message board war, I'd definitely use that.
Your work is appreciated. Eat some corn.
I'm too lazy to look this up, but is this the last season of the Office? With so many people leaving and this storyline about jim and pam hating their lives it seems like it'd be a good time to wrap it up.
Farewell season, yes. Was announced a few weeks ago. Greg Daniels is back in place as show-runner, and he wants to tie everything up, and is hoping to get Carell back for the finale.
fuck that would be amazing
i will watch this season only because i feel like i owe it to nbc for bringing so much epicness from seasons 1-4
I also have some faith in them that they will wrap everything up well. The show definitely plunged from its high point but they've had some great episodes for the big moments like Jim and Pam's wedding and leading up to Michael leaving.
I am at least excited about this:
Stephen Colbert will guest-star this season as Broccoli Rob, a former member of Here Comes Treble, Andy’s a cappella group, EW has learned. In the Halloween-themed episode, Andy (Ed Helms) discovers that the smarmy, competitive Broccoli Rob is singing a different tune about the history of the group and stirring up drama, which only intensifies the rivalry between these two frenemies.
they had all summer to come up with a decent Office premiere and thats it?
I thought the premiere was so-so (had a couple moments), but it did set some arcs up for the season.
There is no chance that this won't be the best episode of the season.
I'm going to put this here because I'm not sure it's threadworthy on its own, but I thought The Mindy Project pilot was pretty good last night.
This might end up as the last episode of the Office I ever watch, instead of whatever POS episode from last year that made me give up on this abomination.
