Best kids movie ever.
You said it, kids movie. Adults who get giddy over this flick are goofy.

I wonder why so many kids in kids movies never go into acting. Burn out? You would think they would have so many advantages in establishing a movie career.
Great movie for kids and adults. I'll admit I got slightly tired of it after my kids made me watch it a 45th time, but I'd still watch it again.

Quirky, cute little kids often turn into gruesome adults
I didn't realize that Wendy Peffercorn was "The Customer" from Sin City. She's still ridiculous.
I think there's a few others. Joshua Jackson and Sean Astin come to mind.
Sean Astin is a freak of nature. Pretty damn hard to top Goonies, Rudy, and LOTR in terms of fans' love of the character.
