Is anyone else watching this series? It just started today on the History Channel--In fact, the very first episode is on right now. It should be interesting.

Wow. This is NOT roomy!
Spoiler: they kill Jesus.
Have the DVR set. Will catch it at some point. I know it is a 5 part series going up through Easter night.
Is this a new series?
I think it's based on some book.
classlessthug: I have too much on my plate to worry about the fact that my junk intimidates some needle D undergrad.
I'm dvr'ing it as well as the new Vikings show afterward.
Hopefully not NOLA's
ill only watch if Troy Mcclure is playing Noah
Riveting fiction, indeed.
At least it would be more plausible.
Wow, who would have guessed he was gay all along
The History channel should stick to events that actually happened.
i thought it was pretty good. But I must be stupid according to justerp.
im hearing pg plaza is the spot!
I thought it was pretty entertaining Sunday night TV - I'll probably watch the whole series.
I thought it was a solid first episode. Definitely watching the rest.
Vikings looks pretty good too.
There are quite a few Roman and Jewish writings that backup some of the historical accounts in the Bible. It's the miracles that people have an issue with.
That Moses guy had a crazy look in his eye, and he buttraped that Pharaoh dude.
Dude, check out the sequel.
I went to a conference for Catholic College Students in Orlando a few weeks ago and the creators were there, so they showed a clip and talked about it for a few minutes. It was the chapter where Abraham goes to sacrifice Isaac and I'm not gonna lie, it was a little cheesy. It was still pretty well done though and I wanna DVR the whole thing. Looks good
Abraham would definitely be considered Mentally Ill today, right?
"It's just so hard," Greivis said. "It's my heart, my love. Maryland made me who I am."
I would say that the Bible is pretty historically significant even if you don't believe in its contents
Bigturtle is NOT gonna like stumbling upon this thread.
"And I try to har-mo-nize with songs the lonesome sparrow sings...
There are no kings inside the Gates of Eden."
It's too late for that
