Do you mean Gino's? If so they are trying to make a come back.
The return of Gino’s is inspired by the many customers and former employees of the 60s, 70s and 80s. The Gino's brand remains an icon in the restaurant industry. It widely known for having the best tasting Burgers, Chicken and French Fries, and for being a great place to work. Our menu is limited to provide you with the freshest and best Burgers and real Chicken sandwiches, fresh, crisp, golden brown French Fries, and addictive hand spun milk shakes. Of course, you must experience the return of Gino's Giant, but you can dress any sandwich the way you want with over a dozen high quality toppings to choose from - all included in the price of the sandwich.

Orange Julius has a lot of stores. WTF? I am on their email list. Raspberry/Banana Julius is a bit of heaven in a cup.
Yeah, there's at least 3 of them within 20 miles of my house.

It was there last time I was in that mall. More recently I've been to the one at Potomac Mills. If their store locator is correct, they are both still open.
They're more focused on the distribution and branding through DQ now, but it seems they still have independent stores in many malls.
