No chance that's the Wildwood boardwalk. They have literally 1/4 mile of beach before the boardwalk

Water would have to rise 20-25' for the boardwalk to get covered. Wildwood may have the largest stretch of sand from the ocean to the boardwalk on the East coast
Those are the amusement piers, which are still several hundred yards from the boardwalk. Im sure they could get slammed, but that's still a long ass way from the boardwalk.
