Worst places on earth---
1. Chuck E Cheese
2. Those tea party places
great stuff. i like the supporters who are like "We make it work on only $10k/month after taxes!"
6. Beltsville Costco
7. Abu Ghraib Prison
I'm not a parent and haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese since childhood but it has pizza and skee ball...I believe you but am curious to hear how it's the worst place ever. Anyhow, I commend these DCUM people for somehow stretching hundreds of thousands a year into a livable situation. Such courage. What people in west Bmore and Anacostia do is child's play in comparison.
I got the shotgun. You got the briefcase. It's all in the game though, right?
And we wonder how the housing market crashed
i'm offended by how much these people spend on "yard care." WTF are they doing to it?
Thats funny as hell.
In the south you can live like a King off 100k, even with a family.
Damn, talk about :humblebrag, what a buncha douches there.
Which goes to my point, I dont care how much $$$ you make in the DC area, the insane commute times are not worth it.
lol and then these people cant even make ends meet on 300k!!!
Reminds me of the BMW board I was looking at last night where people were showing off their new 6 series coupes to each other in a :humblebrag way. Get over yourselves, lol
WHERE ARE TEH G$$$$$$$s?
That thread encompasses like 85% of what's wrong with America.
You got a nice sized house for the $$$$
Especially like the person making 18k a month that put down 25 to charity. Joe Biden, is that you?
Last time I was at Chuck E Cheese I listened to an animatronic mouse ruin an 80s synth pop song while a woman with an infant strapped to her chest almost got into a fist fight with another woman at the table next to me.
The most awesome part about that is not even that they only gave $25 for charity, but that they thought it was so noteworthy that they should account for it and let people know about it.
yeah i mean i bet lots of people don't donate anything to charity, even in those income brackets, but the fact that they put down the measly $25 presumably as a humblebrag about their charitable intentions is fantastic.
I am a parent, and I can tell you that no way is Chuck E. Cheese the worst place ever. They sell beer.
I'm physically ill. My husband brings home 36k...A YEAR. My kid is in public school. We're about to lose our house because we can't make our $1200 a month mortgage after I got sick. I have no health insurance and I keep getting denied for disability for ambiguous reasons even though I can't work. I so would if I could. We scrape by but barely, but we have food on the table and a roof over our heads
You people seriously need a reality check. You're welcome to stay at my house four awhile. You people make me sick and make me want to cry. MANAGE YOUR F*CKING money better. You don't need a Coach bag, estee lauder or clinique toiletries. You don't need to spend $200 on a pair of f*cking shoes, payless is just fine and how many do you have in your closets. How much do you sink down the drain keeping up with "trends". I understand you have to look a certain way for your jobs but how much do you pay for a haircut?
I understand you earn your money. You worked for your degrees and your jobs and your families and blah blah blah FINE, but you damned well better pull your shit together because YOU ARE damned f*cking lucky to have what you have. You can lose it in an instant. CHERISH it instead of frittering it away and saying 14k a month isn't enough. I would be grateful at this point to be making 14k a year. I'm probably going to be dead in two. So pull your asses out of your heads and manage your money better you OWE it to yourself and your children. REALITY CHECK PEOPLE!!
Is that a quote or do you not understand that we are mocking that thread too?
Dean & DeLuca is a bit of a stretch.
LOL. That's obviously a quote. You're talking to HOFViper...he's not an idiot.
That post is awesome
If only there was someone to offer those ladies free plastic surgery...
They do serve beer though (which considering you will probably be driving home a car load of kids seems unethical).
Beer. That's the list of good things to find at Chuck E Cheese.
That thread is gold.
