He always posts about mixing it up, well now is your chance Trader Bro. I need a roommate starting April 1, $475 a month before utilities, wifi, no pets, cable TV. Small room, perfect for a starter moving NYC.

$475 a month?? WTF. Unless you're living in Keegs' closet, that is too good to pass up.
475 in NYC? U must be living in an awful hood.
Seriously, unless Keegs is dodging bullets nightly which I doubt, this seems too good to pass up if one is considering such a move.
I got the shotgun. You got the briefcase. It's all in the game though, right?
The apartment is above an all night bowling alley and below an all night Persian dance club.
I am really curious what a $475/mo room in NYC looks like
Yeah, this thread is worthless without pics. You guys know the ancient Chinese proverb...better to be above an all-night bowling alley than below.
Seriously though, if you're single and in your 20s and you don't do something this at least once, you're doing life wrong.
It's a browstone in gentrified Bed Stuy. The landlord lives on the first floor and apt is the 2nd. Landlord is a little old lady that doesn't realize she charges like half of what she could.
I am very lucky. The room is small, very small, like I said its a starter room for someone who pares down to move to NYC. I lived there for four months before the master freed up
How small is very small in NYC? 50sqft?
Not sure it matters. This one's a no brainer... unless chapped ass just doesn't like Keegs.

475 a month would be awesome here, let alone NYC.
I'm pretty sure I could rent my basement out for double that.
I feel like a 12' x 12' room with nothing else (kitchen, common room, etc) would go for $475+
I hear bed stuy is nice this time of year.

My latest excuse is that I've already got a trip to California for a friend's wedding in April and a trip to New Orleans in May planned, both with flights already booked from BWI. I doubt a new job would look kindly on me asking for that much time off right away, and it'd be a pain to get to BWI or change flights. Also, I'm an arch-coward.

Non-refundable airplane tickets are always your excuse
If this were available July 1st I'd seriously consider it, then come up with an even worse excuse.
Biggie used to rap about how shitty living in a single room in Bed Stuy is. He decided that selling crack cocaine was the best way to get out.
What's the biggest TV in your place, Keegs?
Does the 475 cover gold medal winning crab cake bahn mis
