I read Raise more civ than not so far. :shrug
Nothing wrong with a couple people offering some background on the players to bring people up to speed who haven't seen the show. With more than 24 hours before the first deadline it's likely more boredom than anything else.
Trying to get awards and I run up over nothing is a mafia move.

He's either mafia or a huge Lost nerd - possibly both. Either way, let's lynch him.
In regards to the telling someone not to vote for a new guy - that's pretty much a rule that's been observed for a while here. Let them get their feet wet and don't just vote them out Day 1.
Tone/Tenor - Raise always questions people when they vote for him - don't see that as a lean either way right now.
Fair enough. I guess I drew a lot of attention to myself.
Is Smiley in this game? Can I get a lurker spotlight on this person?
Why would you want to lynch him if he's a huge Lost nerd?
Is a working knowledge of Lost +EV for civs? If so, you should probably just lynch me.
I wasn't saying that a working knowledge of Lost is +EV for civs, but I don't think it is a -EV for civs. You were saying to vote him out because he is either mafia or has knowledge of Lost. I understand the first one, but the second part sounds like mafia filler.
Hopefully not an advantage. At the same time I might advocate to get rid of me day 2, depending on how busy I am at work. No help to civs if I'm not talking.
I simply meant he's either mafia trying too hard to look like a civ or a civ who is just really into Lost. I then tacked on Toogs' classic "either way, let's lynch him" line. It's a first round vote, what else do you want? My only read is that Knight does indeed seem to be playing his civ game.
lol at finding guilt, innocence, or a role rule from posting the lost lotto numbers.
awards reads civ to me, even though I think guessing at potential roles is stupid.
also I have no idea what this is supposed to mean
ED is not a lurker, he is a decent wheatfucker who has played a few games here.
I was just trying to get more out of you. I didn't realize that was a classic toogs line.
I am not sure I have ever said that. ED has a toogs fetish though

I agree wholeheartedly with you on Awards, and that's why I changed to him earlier on. His tone was weird on Page One.
"It's just so hard," Greivis said. "It's my heart, my love. Maryland made me who I am."
I was drunk last night when I voted for Historicus, so read into that what you will. We generally don't vote for new players on Day One, so that's why I said that.
(LOST nerds, come laugh at my joke)
Alas, this sounds civ to me.
I would have gone with Christian Shepherd. If he mentioned driving as well, could have used Ana Lucia or Libby.
This is just a terrible post all around. Knight provided reasoning for sticking with his vote on you and you followed it up with a retaliatory vote (after calling him salty - pot kettle something something). Finding you and Awards suspicious is hardly trying to get you guys run up.
Agree with all who have said that Knight appears very civ to me.
