Hillary has sort of grown on me these last 4+ years, because of who she lost to, but seeing this reminds me that she would not be much better.
Of course the reason behind the attacks are important. Of course the reason makes a difference? Right? How is that debatable? You need to know why so you can better defend/anticipate the next one. (not to mention that moving the blame to your political opponents during an election is pretty sleazy).

Well yeah, she's a woman.
And presumably it matters just a smidge if the government lies about it--a little different than gilding the lily about dodging sniper fire in Bosnia. Nice de-cleating by Rand Paul below. Love the digs about charging stations in Vienna and sending comics to India. He's on her list now!
Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) was fearless today during the Senate hearing on Benghazi. The Kentucky senator lashed out at Secretary of State Hillary Clinton blam...
Yes it should be important but Hillary, being a skilled Dem Pol, knows how to deflect and throw the MSM a quote they will run with. Why answer a question she can't when she can become indignant and let the MSM respond for her.
something something partisanship!
Rand Paul sure is a grandstanding mfer.
I think what Rand Paul said really needed to be said. I really don't feel it was grandstanding as much as simplifying the scenario for mass consumption. Well done Rand.
I guess what he is also saying then is she should get much credit that there hasn't been anythng approaching the magnitude of 9/11 if this is the worst thing to happen on her watch.
How unfit she is will be determined by the media and the dems will follow whichever direction they decide to go in which will most likely be she would be the best presidential candidate ever.
Rand is just salty because nobody actually about him or his daddy.
Detroit Hustles Harder
Personally, I find that statement offensive to the thousands of military servicemembers who have died since 9/11. Their deaths aren't a tragedy?
That's awful. This wasn't the worst tragedy THIS YEAR, let alone of the past 11.
I believe the words he uses is the "worst trajedy." No where does he say that the other deaths you reference are not a trajedy.
Was she really a realistic candidate for 2016 anyway? I just assumed she was on the list because its four years away and nobody could come up with another reasonable democratic name for the current list. I mean she'd be almost 70 and have her last memorable political event being Benghazi.
Rand, Hurricane Katrina and FEMA say hi!
I don't know what you mean, but it had the cadence of a joke.
The show was over the second she point on her fake crying voice. That's the 5 second clip the entire country will see on the news tonight, not her giving substantive answers or testimony.
Yep. Most people will see that clip and her retort to Ron Johnson.
But, she did accept responsibility....voluntarily.
Semantics....let's focus on those.
Worst tragedy since 9/11? It's not even in the top-5 of worst American military tragedies since 9/11.
The civilian deaths at Haditha, the First Battle of Fallujah, the SEAL helicopter crash, the Blackwater assault on civilians that got them pushed out of Iraq, and Abu Ghraib are all horrifically worse. And that's with 30 seconds of thought.
"And I try to har-mo-nize with songs the lonesome sparrow sings...
There are no kings inside the Gates of Eden."
It's not even the worst American tragedy in the last month with Newtown.
Exactly. This was all carefully staged. Fair enough...this is always more theater than substance anyway, but IMO every time I see Hillary put on some contrived act of passionate oratory, it really creeps me out. She has never been very convincing of anything except the supreme effort she's making to convince you.
Did he really spell "tragedy" that way? What a moran.

The age thing is what gets me most - come 2016, her husband will have last been President 16 years ago. She looks noticeably older than her 2008 run. Obviously there's precedent, and McCain was over 70 in 2008, but doesn't that just seem incredibly old to handle the stress and sleeplessness of one of the hardest jobs in the world?
That says all you need to know.
I fall on icy sidewalks all the time and I'm back in action right away. She's not presidential material if she's going to get a blood clot every time she suffers blunt force trauma to the head and neck.
