So, I'm getting old. I pulled a muscle or popped a tendon a few years ago, and it has been a constant nag ever since. A few months ago I aggravated it again, and the pain put me off my lifting for a few days. Ever since then, it has been constantly sore and tight. I've even had to take some ibuprofen to sleep a few nights.
Is there any chance that a chair massage or something could help this?
