So there are three parties involved:
Boyfriend
Girlfriend
Random Dude
Girlfriend dresses up like a whore and goes to a club. Flirts with a guy all night, gets black out drunk and hooks up with a random guy.
Random Guy goes out, gets drunk, flirts with a girl all night, hooks up with her.
Boyfriend finds out girlfriend dressed up like a whore, flirted with a guy all night while presumably getting him to buy her drinks, and ultimately cheated on him.
According to that girl, two parties are wrong. Neither are her. Now I would never spit in my GFs face, but even the events leading up to actually cheating on him are grounds for being pissed.

Unfortunately girls who claim they were raped in your scenario are really only hurting girls that are legitimately raped while black out drunk (like I assume the girl in the picture is alleging happened).
