99% sure this works.

1. Use Firefox, and install this add-on: http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/967
2. In Firefox, Go to tools->modify headers
3. From the drop down box on the left select add
4. Then enter: "X-Forwarded-For" in the first input box without the quotation marks
5. Enter: "12.13.14.15" in the second input box without the quotation marks
6. Leave the last input box empty, and save the filter, and enable it:

Close the Modify Headers box and it should work.

If it does not work for you after doing the above try the following.
Press Alt then go to view>Toolbars>add on bar.

Make sure the small eye (bottom left on mine) is red and not gray in the bar.
Click it to cycle on(red) off(gray)
