I just got back. It was pretty cool. I'll post some pics on my site shortly including RJ Dill guaranteeing a Terps ACC championship next Fall.
Sasho is awesome, plus I learned more about the Wrestling and Women's Tennis programs and Johnny Holliday told a funny story about a cussing fan in Clemson.

I liked how KA spoke for Gary about the disappointment in the seniors.
The thing with Dill was funny, Edsall called him "AJ" and he immediately responded "It's RJ." Huge kid.
I bet our wrestling coach could beat half of the kids in his weight class today, that guy was awesome.
Sasho continues to add to his HOF status. He really needs to take over TSM.

Nice, smaller turnout than the other venues (didn't make it Easton). Sasho is HOF and I hope he gets his new stadium, some day. One thing that peeked my interest is that KA said we are working on having many marquee football match ups in Baltimore. In talks with several big schools.

Trust me, he could.
He went 150-18 in four years at Penn State, won two national titles at heavyweight and was a two-time Olympian, finishing fifth in 2000. Complete badass. One of the better college wrestlers of all-time.
Really nice guy, too.

Sounded like we sent back 200-250 ticket books to the tourney, Wake sent back over 1K. Good discussion about lack of student attendance, but like the discussion about profanity, I don't like the "it's worse in other places" excuse/dicsussion. I like the plan of athletic department staff starting to attend frosh orientation and other outreach efforts to get the students more involved.

I'm really annoyed I had to miss the Town Hall in Montgomery County. I hope these become annual occurrences.

Yeah, not trying to single you out or anything, I'm just tired of every @#$%ing thread turning into a bitchfest about Edsall. It's not going to be the end of the world if one semi-positive thread manages to slip through.

My daughter was excited to meet a true Maryland Legend that she has heard on the radio so many times. Johnnie is a very engaging person to talk to, he makes everyone feel like they are lifelong friends..
