What are they good for?

This team needs a total attitude change. They need a coach who is going to force these young guys to make hockey their priority, as well as some established veterans to make it happen at the player level.

The Caps are like the bizarro Redskins. They should be rounding out this squad with guys older stars, veterans who are looking to make one last run, not trying to develop every prospect in their system. It's clear that Ovechkin, Backstrom, and Green are not ready to be the leaders on a cup team, put some guys around them who are.

Their attitude is trash. The plush, party lifestyle needs to be stomped out by Ted. Remember Boudreau was the "easiest coach to play for" in the NHLPA poll. His players go out drinking the night before games. It just won't work like that.
