Those who are freaking out over not getting a Stevens/Miller/Wright/etc need to realize that most programs on our tier don't steal entrenched coaches from programs on their same tier. It was definitely worth a shot but it would've been a minor miracle to pull in Miller.

LOL, in that one day we went from Dixon, Wright, and Miller to Eshan (def not hating on Eshan), its a pretty big farkin deal. It's obvious we are not going to make a big splash with this hire so I definitely consider it an awful job by the AD. KA should have gone after a sure thing, you cannot hit and miss with your first pick, see NC ST, the UMD job was a hot commodity, now it is cold as ice. Just find someone who can keep Eshan and Bino on board.
