This is more like it. You have earned that downvote.
Basically Brey is a poor man's Gary. A really, really poor man's Gary. I mean, nothing inspires a fanbase like a coach who has been to 1 Sweet 16 in 16 years!
Change that, he's basically Herb Sendek.

long term he's probably a bore that can't recruit but he can coach his ass off and his team got better as the year went along despite a lack of talent...much better than what Turgeon and this team did
Didn't read the rest of the thread yet, but two things:
1) Brey lost to Turg this season.
2) You are treated too harshly on here at times. That said, threads like this are the reason why.

How can you possibly compare the two using three-quarters of one season as your sample? You realize ND's season is a cumulative result of however many years Brey has been there?

you guys can point to us beating ND early in the year all that you want
they've gotten better since then while we on the other hand have added a 7'1 guy and we've stayed the same or gotten worse
Brey got his team better over the season...Turgeon has not
not saying it's all his fault but Brey is obviously better at doing more with less
oh yeah...nice, another unheard of recruit by Turgeon too...great day to be a Terp fan
