Hats off to UVA

  • Virgnia's men's basketball program is perhaps the worst historically in the ACC. I am not discounting completely Virginia Tech, but based on performance there is not much debate. What seems to validating to the Wahoo, that big ACC tournament win back during the Nixon admistration, is surely notable, but most folks want something other than an accident almost half a century ago to hand their hats on. But try as we might, we cannot find anything. Where is it?

    Um....UVA is going to straight out SUCK next year. No Scott, Sene or Zeglinksi equals an entire year of 40 point games. Your interior play is going to be soooooo horrible next year that no one will leave your 3 point shooters open. Enjoy the magic 22 because you'll be lucky to break even next year.

    It is going to be horrific, sliding back to their accustomed position at the very bottom of the conference standings. Is there anyway to be able to schedule them four or five times?

  • their 2012 class isnt even better than ours. the only good recruit they have is our recruit that turge didnt even seriously re-recruit. the other two are turds. and i'm not even one to defend turgeon's poor recruiting so far.

  • Hey, there's nothing saying that in the future they can't once again get a fluke 5th season out of a decent player and have him become the best in a mediocre ACC. Lightning can strike twice!

    you know we were missing a starter and had our 6th man, and our top freshman, not make the trip, so we only played 7 players.

    Props to Hogie. I remember after we won the first time someone started a similar loser talk thread but got called out on it, didn't get near 30 upvotes.

    Meh, trolling Hogie is easy. He was rejected by every college he applied to except UMBC. I doubt he was even accepted by UMUC. What hurts him most was his rejection from NcSt.

    As for your the fact that you wrote "4 (four) times" is incredibly embarrassing for you. You probably shouldn't have responded in retrospect.

    Now if you have anything that is relevant to this thread I am certainly interested.

    You can't go from hopelessly irrelevant poster to troll after 600 posts. Make a new handle and troll, otherwise you're just being lazy and that's just sad for all of us to see.
