Edit: Also, I'm really sick of the argument that we're trading Duke and UNC for Minnesota and Nebraska. No, we're trading them for Indiana and Michigan St. We're trading Wake Forest and Clemson for Minnesota and Nebraska.

The Big Ten presidents took about 2 minutes to unanimously accept Maryland's application.
By the way, the vote to accept Penn State into the Big Ten was not even close to unanimous. It was rumored to be even until PSU was able to convince MSU to switch its vote, partially in exchange for being PSU's "rivalry game."
So in other words, the Big Ten does in fact very much want Maryland.

BTN normally has a week for each school in the summer. show nothing but old games. pretty sweet.

Wilbon's argument on the geographic basis was retarded...he must not know where Pennsylvania is located if he has a problem with Maryland being too far away.

ESPN is a joke. If you're not in the SEC your are nothing to them. I don't even watch Sportcenter anymore. When we joined the conference BTN had a couple days dedicated to Nebraska, and they did a solid job with presenting everything. I am sure they will do the same with you guys so check it out.
