Losing Morgan isn't in the same universe as losing the Harrisons. He has talent but is raw and inconsistent.

If I had to guess right now I think he's UNLV bound. Hope I'm wrong...he's a really good kid.

I agree. Unless someone big comes out of the blue (like Len did), Obi Enechionyia would be the 4th player.

Yeah....he's teetering on the line. Espn has him listed as the 29th ranked player in the class....which is a 4 star. 247Sports also has him as a 4 star. More importantly he's ranked either the best player or second best player in the state for that class. We NEED to start getting these kids. I think in the end a ranking of around 30 is right.

Agreed, this is the type of local player this regime has promised, now its time to close the deal. Otherwise, its the same old same old in terms of results.

He and Wiley are not mutually exclusive, right? (Not necessarily because their skill sets overlap -- I'm more than happy to stockpile -- but because our interest in one won't dissuade the other?)

Idk if bouncing back within days of losing out on the Harrisons to lock up the top in-state player in the class of '13 counts as "same old same old in terms of results".
Roddy is just one player and I agree we need to keep it going, Im just saying the staff hasn't exactly been all talk

Based on what I've seen from the 2 players, I'd rather get Phil booth than Morgan as far as keeping a player in state from the class of 2014.

i've seen booth, wiley and morgan ... and in addition to talking to some that have coached/scouted the trio ... i'd take morgan and wiley over booth.
just my two cents.
if turgeon lands a class that includes trimble, wiley, morgan and a big, it's a flat out tremendous class.

Interested to hear why? Have you seen them aau or HS season? From what I saw during the HS season of Morgan (4 times), he wasn't even the best player on his team those nights. Saw potential. Phil reminds me of dez with a better outside shot. He simply knows how to score. I guess booth's spot and game is covered by Wiley. Similar games IMO. Only saw Wiley play once though.
To answer an earlier question, Wiley and Morgan are definitely not an either/or situation. Morgan is a 3.
