1) If we can't come up with whatever buyout money ends up being needed.
2) It's cold up there
Maryland voted against the increase. it is not enforceable. What if the big 12 raised the buyout to a billion to keep Texas and ou locked in. does anyone think that would be enforceable?
20 million is remotely related to damages-and wvu paid that. WVU paid 20 while leaving with zero notice. With notice, i am not sure how the acc can argue for much more than pitt or cuse paid to leave the BE, 5 million. A conference cant make it "punitive" to leave.
A GOR is a different animal because there is reliance on it over the life of the tv deal. And it decreases every year.
Many of Pitt's 58 "rushing attempts" were the result qb Tino Sunseri fleeing the pocket like a man whose clothes were on fire.
It's done. Presser later today. Great fucking day.
NOD hating this is the cherry on top.
link? or source/?
the cherry on top would be if he stops posting once we switch conferences. but we know his obsession with us wont let that happen.
some people are high enough on the food chain that there word is the link and source.
ill take your word on their word. :) good day!
Some buddies were hanging with Kevin Plank Saturday night...we are are in the Big Ten fellas.
How much does Rutgers owe us? They were praying just to get into the pos ACC, and now because of us, they jump all the way to the HOF Big Ten. And probably unconn owes us too, since they are next on the turd list to join the ACC.
We shook up the whole fucking world.
ESPN's top comment on the story was from a UCONN guy it said something like, "Today we are all Maryland fans."
im sorry i was confusing...your "Superbowl" was the Redskins losing since you know that the Ravens cant win it all.
Oh and the obligatory LOL @ Gtown.
How ironic would it be if adding UConn convinced the ACC to move the tourney to a more central location - DC?
He's just happy we took RE off their hands. ; )
