Anyone else feel the same? So nice to get a road win though.
Disagree. If you care about this layabout team you deserve what you get.
I was in such a bad mood watching this, and it didn't really get any better with the W. This team is just torture to watch. Just dumb, and so inexplicably unathletic at times (you know, when it come to things like catching a ball, or getting a rebound before it bounces).
I can't believe anyone is complaining about a road win these days.
I can only watch in small doses. Glad we got the W though, hopefully we can build on that and get a couple more road wins before we finish out conference play.
I feel like I need advil and vodka
caring about this team should carry a surgeon general's warning.
between turge being a horrible turd of a coach and len constantly swatting away balls that he could have easily rebounded, this was the most frustrating game in recent memory.
I didn't see the game, but I'd think close losses (see FSU 2x, Miami) would be more frustrating.
Absolutely. Good to get a road win. The frustrating part of the game I have to blame partly on Seth. The first ten minutes looked a lot like the Wake win. Then two things happened. They seemed to lose shooting confidence and Seth played out of control. Several stupid turnovers and bad shots.
Second half was pretty solid except for missed free throws. Made a bit ugly and ponderous by Tech playing stall ball.
If you don't care about this team then why are you here? Just enjoy showing off how much of a dickhead you are?
this was by far the most frustrating aspect for me. WTF is he doing?
No, the most frustrating thing he does he leaving his feet for every ball fake ever invented.
a road win is a road win. STFU.
Every game this team plays from here on out will be frustrating as hell, as long as they keep up the trend of ridiculous turnovers and missing free throws. They could have easily taken the suspense out of the game by just being 50% from the line...
My hatred of Pe'shon being on the court has moved from rational to irrational.
how's your head feeling this morning smiley
That's the beauty of vodka is that I can drink a gallon of it and it never seems to make me hung-over.
Just watched the first half again. Have to confess I called Seth out somewhat unfairly. He missed a 3 that led to a fast break and then next possession did the dribble into traffic fall down lose the ball trick, and that's what I remembered. During that miserable stretch Padgett had turnovers and missed free throws, Faust had a turnover along with Wells and Layman missed several 3s and one free throw. In other words it was a team effort.
Strange since I thought he added something that was lacking throughout the entire game - penetration.
This may have been his best game in a loooooong time.
he did have a couple nice plays and we were on a nice little run when Pe was in there.
really wish he could get his shot to fall, b/c he usually gets wide open looks.
I don't understand how Layman can go from being so good to being so bad in the span of 10 minutes.

It's called being a freshman.

RDurr then STFU
I don't have to have seen the game to be able to say that a close WIN is less frustrating, at least to me, than a close loss.
Holy crap, just saw that Wells has 70 TO's on the year. Next highest on the team are Nick and Seth with 44. Pe with 42. I might have pegged Wells as the biggest culprit, but only by a few. That's ridiculous.
