Alex Len is projected as a lottery pick and Faust is already a better all around player and hasn't even scratched the surface of his potential yet. Yeah, big leap of faith. Not one coach in the country, pro or college, would take Stoglin ahead of those 2 guys for his own team.
NBA projections and college playing ability are not the same thing. Len is a potential lottery pick, but there are currently about 75 better players in the ACC alone.
Not relevant. He's ranked in the top 2 on the Terps, and the 2nd is Faust.
Wow. Not sure how to respond to that.
We might not have to worry about that whole passing Juan thing.
Sophomore guard led ACC in scoring this season

If he comes back for his junior year and plays like he did in the ACC tournament, he'll be first team all-ACC and certainly at worst 2nd team all-American. Problem that Terrell will have in the NBA is that he's too small to play the 2 and clearly has no interest in playing the 1.
If Stoglin comes back and plays within the team concept we will hopefully see with another year of experience and with the new recruits, he will average over 20 points a game with a lot less shots. We can probably count on the number of spot-up threes he got this year.
Improved inside play and some guys that know you can kick the ball back to the outside will open the outside shot for him.
His number of fast break points should also rise over this year.
I love Len's potential, but if anyone seriously thinks there is even a remote chance he will be a better player than Stoglin next year, you are retarded. And I don't mean that as hyperbolic overstatement. I mean you have impaired cognitive functioning and I feel bad for you
That's witty stuff there never seen before on this site Flops. Try to be a little less original next time!
He isn't wrong, though.
Curious how many people are 'retarded' now for thinking there's even a remote chance that Len will be a better player than Stoglin.
Jacob Susskind will be a better player than Stoglin this year.
