The a-10 gets 5 maybe 6 teams in and the acc gets 4? I don't buy it, and you gotta think they'd take us over UVA. Should I stop getting my hopes up?

The A10 will certainly get 5 teams in. Yes you should stop getting your hopes up.
Go away, KA!
What about PAC-10? Colorado gets in as a 5th team above us? Acc and PAC-10 have two teams ranked, both acc teams are too 10, neither PAC 10 team is top 15. And unc is easily a top 25 team the way they've played their last 10 games. I'm keeping hope
Don't get your hopes up. This was a must win. Only if we didn't blow the two FSU games or the UVa game.
Fire the Turd!!!
The only hope is that the selection committee will have been impressed by our grit in this game. The missed layups notwithstanding, we really did well play well and with remarkable perseverance. Unfortunately for us the pieces are all coming together way too late. I personally think that the so-called "look test" is total bullshit though so I think our chances are slim to none. Not really that upset about it. If we get in it will be a wonderful surprise, if not that is to be expected. So no, Seth Davis, I don't think it will be a long night.
But Colorado? They have two wins against Oregon and one against Arizona. That's it. We have two against duke and 1 against nc state. I could see UVA over us but I don't see how you take 5 PAC 10 teams and 4 acc teams. Either way I'm drinking tomorrow
We are NIT bound no doubt about it. Maybe we will play with some passion, and look at the bright side, at least we will be playing in the post season.

NIT bound as #2 seed is my guess.. bet they will put us in the same bracket as Xavier.
Maybe #1 seed now.
Over/under on the crowd at Comcast if we host an NIT game? I am guessing we get 9K out there.
Best basketball conference in the country! Why are we leaving for the B1G????
The ACC is shit this year. We had our chances against these fuckers but we blew it. Those 2 chokes against FSU and UVA were killers.
Our only hope is that there are always 1 or 2 teams that get in that and are head scratchers. We have a case to be that team this year.
im sorry i was confusing...your "Superbowl" was the Redskins losing since you know that the Ravens cant win it all.
ACC has been shit for some time now, not just this season.
True (though we have also been contributing to the shittiness.)
The teams in front of us are Ole Miss with their best win over Missouri and worse losses and MTSU whose best win is Ole Miss right? I'll cling to hope
Go look at the schedule that Middle Tenn State played, and Boise State. It will piss you off, but.....what else can we do right now? We had some chances but at least we will play more games after today...somewhere.
I believe it really helps us to have a guy like Alex Len on the team. The committee seems to err on the side of putting in a team when there's a star (or a future star) on the team.
The 1994 team with Joe Smith is a good example of when it helped us out.
also, when did we stop referring to him as LOLunardi? It still holds.
I think you guys are in, esp with 2 wins over Duke.
Now please pray for us!
Hadn't considered that. Can't hurt either that Dez has come on strong.
eye thank u
do we still have that inside connection who leaks the committee's decision a couple of hours early every year?
i was just thinking that today
