according to The San Francisco Chronicle, should the Redskins be interested ?
I've been thinking about this possibility for weeks.
And yeah, I think the Skins should be mildly interested.
As 4th or 5th receiver he'd have value.

He's still very young. Hopefully he can find his niche in the NFL.
I doubt they could afford him as a 4th or 5th receiver. He is scheduled to make over $7 million, if the Skins could get him for $4 million he would have to be one of the top 3 WRs.
Hes not going to a team to be a 4th or a 5th... More like a 2 or 3
I hate to say this about DHB because he's one of my most favorite recent Terps, but he's only a SLIGHT upgrade over Leonard Hankerson.
As a Ravens fan, I can honestly say that unfortunately he would have no place on our team. The 3rd and 4th receiver spots on our team are pretty locked up. But I do think DHB could have success with a consistently good QB at the helm and a situation where he can play in the same system for more than a year. Its impossible to evaluate talent when the player in question is playing for an inept franchise.

DHB has improved each and every year. Just like Michael Crabtree has. Now that Crabtree has a QB that can get him the ball, he's flashing brilliance. DHB can and will too.
I have no doubt that DHB can be a solid #2 on a team with a QB that can get him the ball. He'll land somewhere and will have a nice career.
He seemed like he was coming on early in this season before getting sidelined by a concussion. Hopefully he gets the chance to make an impact at his next stop.
Skins could definitely use him as a 4/5
