Why the crack at Stoglin? Not necessary at all imo. People seem to forget how bad our talent level was last year.

This is true. A stoglin for wells trade is good for the team, I believe. And for whatever off the court issues stogs had, he gave his all on the court. We needed him shooting most games.

Stoglin was an idiot. I'll be glad when we don't have to think about that guy anymore because we're playing real games that count again.

Don't be dumb. He may have been an idiot off the court, but it's appalling to me how many people on this board have such a short term memory.
There were times last year where no one on the court could even dribble the effing basketball when he wasn't on the court. Just cuz we're looking good now doesn't mean you just trash a player who single handedly won us games last year and kept us from having 0 ACC wins.

Not complete, but way ahead of schedule! Aside from the roster overhaul, if you were able to tour the new offices, locker room, film room and specialized weight room, you would see that Turge and company have moved mountains! We are very fortunate to have him, even if we don't knock off Kentucky for you fair-weather types.

He's an idiot who played selfish when he was here and then managed to get himself kicked off the team because he couldn't lay off the reefer.
Again, will be so glad when fans stop grasping at straws and and protecting loser players like Stoglin.
Hopefully it won't be long and we can wipe that horrible era of MD basketball from our collective memories.

Gary left Turge with a total shit sandwich of a roster. It's incredible how quickly he's completly changed our talent level and it's a testament to how hard the staff has worked in the 18 months they've been here.
