He really would be a perfect CB, but I don't know if you can afford not to put someone with his kind of playmaking ability on the offensive side of the ball. Besides, with Fuller and Tabor locking down the CB spots, I think we'll be okay there.
Aside from the offense/defense debate, does he become our KR/PR from Day 1?

He only becomes our KR if Justus Pickett breaks his leg or says its ok.

Does anyone else get reminded slightly of Ed Reed when watching his tape. I know that is some seriously high praise, but it looks like every time he touches the ball he could take it to the house. I think you have to put him on offense to let him touch the ball as much as possible.

Likely won't happen, but two way? Who was the last serious college player to play on both sides of the ball - at least some of the time?
