To me, this is the payoff. If we can put up with two bad years, and then continue improving at a rate that shows locals they can win here, Ulmer could take us to the next level. With Locks as the recruiter, telling him he will put in place an offense which fits his skillset, we've got a chance. Ulmer, combined with other elite talent we're putting in in key places, like Gray etc., we could be nationally relevant for a sustained period of time.
One last thought. His true freshman season is Diggs' junior season
