He just disappears at times, which I think is the result of a number of different things. The talent is tantalizing, but NBA scouts must have some concerns about him. I'm starting to wonder if he might not play himself out of the top 10, which might help us get another year out of him.

If you are okay with Alex playing himself out of the Top 10, there is something wrong with you. If we want to be considered a top program once again, the time for Alex to develop is NOW. We need to win NOW. We shouldn't hope he underperforms so we can hold onto him for another year.

Len is going to get double and triple teams from here on out. I'm optimistic Terps will handle that fine. He's a good passer, guards have been knocking down 3s at a solid rate lately, and he has help inside. I want to see him play with more toughness night in and night out. He's made big strides since last year, but he's nowhere near where he needs to be for the League in that department. The yelling and flexing after a dunk is all fine. But there's more to playing strong than that.
